Do you ship internationally?

Yes — most products can be shipped worldwide. Shipping options will appear at checkout depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. International orders vary depending on local postal services.

My tracking says “delivered” but nothing has arrived. What should I do?

Double-check safe places, neighbours and building managers. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

Can I change my shipping address?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet — yes. Send us a message as soon as possible.

What’s your return/refund policy?

If something arrives damaged or not as expected, let us know and we’ll fix it. We want everything to feel right.

What age are the potion kits suitable for?

They’re designed for ages 3+, with supervision for younger children. Older children enjoy them just as much.

Are the ingredients safe?

Yes — everything is non-toxic, child-safe and chosen for gentle sensory play. Some mix-ins are small, so supervision is recommended.

Are your kits eco-friendly?

Absolutely. Our kits are plastic-free, packed with natural materials, and include plant-based glitter and refillable bottles.

Are potion kits messy?

A little, in the best possible way. A tray or old towel underneath helps. All ingredients are easy to wipe away or rinse.

Can I buy refills?

Yes — we offer refill materials so you can keep using your kit again and again.

What’s the difference between the Eco Potion Kit, Apprentice Kit and the Party Bag Kit?

Do you make custom kits?

Are the Moonatics calendars printed in UK time?

Yes — by default the calendars follow British GMT/BST.
We can also create USA versions (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific).

Do you offer custom timezone calendars?

Yes — if you need a specific timezone, we can usually create a bespoke version. Just ask.

What size are the calendars?

Exact measurements are listed on each product page, but most are designed to fit standard frames.

Can you make larger versions?

Unfortunately not — we’re limited by the size of our machines, but we can make custom time zone versions.

How accurate are the lunar phases?

All lunar data is sourced from reliable astronomical calculations. They’re designed to be both beautiful and accurate.
